The 38-acre picturesque home of Doc O Lena Twist, located on I-20, includes a full veterinary facility, with mare motels and pasture care for breeding horses.

Equine Veterinary Services is owned and operated by Dr. Kenton H. Arnold, an active member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners. Dr. Arnold holds degrees from Southwest Texas State University and Texas A&M University as well as a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He is a founding associate of Animal Imaging, an outpatient imaging facility which provides state-of-the-art diagnostic imagining services to veterinarians located in Irving, Texas, at the Las Colinas Equestrian Center. Dr. Arnold currently serves on the membership committee of the Texas Equine Veterinary Association, where he is also involved with the organizations Equitarian Outreach Project in Guatemala. Dr. Arnold’s wife, Carroll Brown Arnold, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, has completed graduate work at the University of North Texas and works in the fundraising and marketing industry. The couple resides with their teenage daughter Austria on the farm in Terrell. Avid cutters who compete in NCHA and AQHA competitions on a regular basis, the family owns Doc O Lena Twist.
